This is so easy to put together that you are going to love making it, let alone devouring it!
Here's the ingredients:

- Put all the marinade ingredients in a box or bag

- Give them a good mix

- Coat the chicken thighs all over
- Cover & marinate for 45 min's
A warning on the marainade time. Do not leave longer as it will
cook your chicken & the lemon flavour will over power the entire
dish. Creating a kinda lemon curd on the edges...melted chicken
mess! If you box clever you can make your marinade the day
before set it into the fridge. Add your chicken exactly 45
minutes prior to cooking "Tis just Nutty's way" of preparing,
now all I got to do is put it in the oven exactly 45 minutes
later.

- Place on a roasting rack & cook for 15 - 20 min's

- Turn over occasionally to keep them juicy
